The Network brings deep experience in education and workforce development to help local leaders develop strategies to prepare and connect residents to regional employers and build sustainable cross-sector partnerships. The Network’s approach provides important opportunities to build capacity in education, training and workforce organizations, and to leverage employer and civic leadership interests to connect residents to higher-skilled and high-paying jobs. In partnership with cities and regional partners, the Network provides practical strategies to increase lasting economic opportunities for residents.
