APPA's C.A.R.E. Model: A Framework for Collaboration, Analysis, Reentry, and Evaluation - A Response to Street Gang Violence
This publication presents the C.A.R.E. model developed by the American Probation and Parole Associations (APPA) that explains how community corrections can be involved in anti-gang initiatives. It uses evidence-based practices (data-driven strategies) to back up the use of certain policies and procedures.
