The National Resource Network’s "311 for Cities" service enables local officials to request and receive assistance through our website. Cities can submit a wide range of questions; examples of questions submitted by local officals and the response provided by the Network can be found here and here.
The Network piloted this resource with approximately 60 cities and has now expanded eligibility for the feature to more than 300 cities (listed here). Officials in eligible communities should create and log-in to their account to access the service. Over time, more cities will be able to access assistance through the Network’s 311 for Cities tool. In the meantime, the Network's Resource Library and Clearinghouse contain a wide array of resources and opportunities that are available to the public.
